TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read terms & conditions carefully. When hiring with RENTFROMCB all terms & conditions must be met and considered. 

IDENTIFICATION
A form with terms & conditions stated must be signed & a photo of your full driver’s license ID is required to make a rental booking. 
    •    Must be over 18
    •    If minor; parental/ guardian ID is required

 PAYMENT (Please read carefully)
    •    Invoices are sent - Bookings are confirmed once payment is made and received. This include rental, assigned bond and if necessary postage.
    •    Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash if you are in studio making a rental.
    •    If you wish to make payment in cash, the booking is not confirmed until paid.
    •    If you are paying cash upon pick up, you will be notified if the item is unavailable prior to this date as cash bookings are not secured.

BONDS
    •    A bond will be applied to most pieces. This will be discussed privately as prices vary depending item.
    •    The bond is a refundable payment once the item is returned by the hirer. Please note, if there were any damages / extra cleaning required done to the garment – repair costs will be taken from the bond.
    •    Bond will be taken if there are damages to the item, the garment requires additional cleaning and late fees.


 CANCELLATIONS
    •     A cancellation results in a credit note, no refunds.
    •    Rent from CB can cancel a booking at any time if an item is unavailable because of damages, or not returned in time from a previous rental. A full refund will be issued to the hirer.
    •    If you receive your item/ picked up and change your mind - please know, this is not accepted as the booking has been made for specific item(s). If this is the case, please contact us prior to the booking to organise a try on.
    •    If you would like to swap a date, this is accepted as long as the item is available for the other date decided.
    •    If you would like to swap an item, this is accepted as long as someone hasn’t already booked for that item.
    •    Credit notes can only be used once. If you have booked an item with a credit note and then have to cancel again for whatever reason, the credit note is invalid and won’t be able to be used again.

RETURNS
    •    We have a 3 day hire periods. If the item is not returned by required date. Authorities will be contacted immediately as this is a form of theft. They will be given a copy of your driver’s license ID.
    •    Item(s) must be express delivered back to us next business day if you have chosen the postage option. You must include a tracking number. All items must be dropped over the counter directly to get scanned in right away and you must be able to provide lodgement receipt of this. ($10 late fee per day )
    •    We offer one way postage for an extra $14, & return postage for an extra $28. The option is completely up to you.

Pick up item(s) must be dropped back off at the pick up location by next business day after wearing unless discussed otherwise. Late fees apply if not ($10 late fee per day item not returned) 
    •    We have a drop box for item returns at the front of our studio (black tub with yellow lid) If we are not in attendance please drop off in this tub and just advise you have done so.

CLEANING
    •     All cleaning fees are included in the rental price, however if an item is returned in a state which might require more than the one clean, the difference will be taken from the bond if bond was taken. If a bond was not taken, you will be required to pay the entitled extra payment. 
    •    DO NOT or attempt to hand wash any of our items. We do ALL cleaning. If this has been done, damage repairs will be taken from the bond (if there was one in place) if not and if the repairs are not fixable, the full RRP of the garment will be owed.

DAMAGE
    •  Once you have received your item or are collecting a rental, please ensure it is not damaged and if this is the case – please contact us ASAP.
    •    All items are for rental purposes, therefore there may be some wear and tear on some of our items but we only rent out the items that we believe are able to be worn.
    • On the day of collection, if there are no damages reported and then we receive the garment back with damages, you will be liable and repair costs will be deducted from the bond (if one was in place). If by any means the damage is beyond repair & the cost is more than the bond, or no bond was taken you will be held liable and required to make full payment to replace the garment. 

TRY ON APPOINTMENTS
    •    You can book a try on with us through our book now tab in our bio on instagram.com/Rentfromcb alternately we have our try on service link on our website also.
    •     We are not a retail store that accepts walk ins.
    •    There is a $10 try on fee. Your booking will not be accepted until fee has been paid. If not cancelled within 24hours no refund policy applies. If cancelled before 24 hours you will have the option to reschedule or full refund of try on fee. 
    •    Prior to your try on appointment, please send us a message of the items you would like to try on, this makes the process easier so I can mention if the item is available or not. 
    •    We accept group try on bookings. However, all must book to pay the try on fee.
    •    Only 2 people are allowed to come in with you for your try on (IF they are not trying anything on)
    •    Please know if you required a specific item to try on, this will not secure the item for your date, an item is only secured once payment is made.
    •    Try on appointments have duration of 30 minutes. If you are running late to your appointment time, this will go into your 30 minute slot. Now that browsing option is available, if you go over 30 minutes your try on will be permitted to come to an end. 
    •    Do not attend your appointment if you have a freshly done tan, and makeup.
Make sure you have washed it before attending; otherwise you will be denied your appointment.
    •    We can offer try ons via postage for a fee of $30. This will cover the postage to yourself & back. (Must be posted back by next business day after receiving it) 


COVID
    •     If your event is cancelled due to Covid, you will only receive a credit note – no refunds.
    •    Any items in your possession, you are accountable to either drop off (if allowed) or express post at your own expense the following business day.
    •    If you have an appointment for try on, only one person is allowed.
