Try ons -
We do try ons by appointment only, if you click book now on our profile on Instagram you are able to see times and availability’s to book in a try on. If needed a time out of business hours feel free to direct message to discuss further.
How to secure an outfit -
Paying the outfit in full is required to secure an outfit. This is non refundable and is to ensure you secure the outfit.
The outfit will become available unless payment has been made.
Postage -
We offer express postage all over Australia. An extra $14 is on top of the original renting fee to cover postage to you one way. We also offer $28 extra for return postage which will include a return slip to post back to us.

Refunds
Unfortunately we don’t give any refunds under any circumstances
We give credits that are valid for 12 months.
